At approximately 12:55 p.m. on August 30, 2013, the subject entered the bank, displayed a handgun, and demanded money. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the subject fled the area of the bank in a light blue four-door BMW and was last seen heading north on Ivy Road.
The subject is described as a white male in his late 40s to mid-50s, approximately 6’2” tall and 230 pounds, with a stocky build; he wore a black hooded mask over his face and head, a brown sport coat, and tan pants.
This subject is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is urged to call the FBI at 215-641-8910, or the Whitpain Township Police Department at 610-279-9033.
There may be a reward from law enforcement for information leading to this subject’s capture; in addition, Wells Fargo Bank is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to his identification, arrest, and conviction.
