Noeul Alba, who posed as aunt of Newtown victim Noah Pozner, gets 8 months behind bars

THE BRONX - The Bronx woman who posed as a relative of a victim in the Newtown, Conn. school shooting was sentenced to eight months behind bars yesterday.
Noeul Alba pleaded guilty in June to wire fraud and making false statements. Officials say Alba posed as the aunt of first-grader Noah Pozner, who was killed in the December massacre.
Prosecutors say Alba used her Facebook account, phone calls and text messages to solicit money for what she called the child’s ‘funeral fund.’
