Roller coaster riders hang vertically for hours at Universal Studios in Orlando, FL

ORLANDO, FL - Some people on a roller coaster at Universal Studios in Orlando, Fla. got more of a thrill than they expected.
Twelve riders were left stranded at an angle of nearly 90 degrees last night when the "Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit Coaster" got stuck at the top of the track.
Officials say a glitch caused the computers to go into safety mode, which stopped the ride.
It took crews nearly three hours to get those people off the coaster.
