CATERET - Police have arrested and charged a man in connection with the murder of an Elizabeth teen.
Authorities say they have charged Antwon T. Smith with murder and weapons charges.
The Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office says the shooting occurred outside an apartment complex last Thursday.

The 17-year-old victim was pronounced dead on Friday.
